Design Your Own Trip
Rally your friends or family members – up to 8 campers if you wish – decide on dates that work for everyone, choose the length of your trip, then contact us. It’s really that simple! Traveling solo, or just a couple of friends? You can still choose your own dates. Then, let us know if you’d like to open it as a “Join On” trip.
Day Trips
Perhaps booking a Day Trip better fits your schedule while visiting Ely, MN. We’re happy to help you create a memorable day in the BWCAW by canoe or a hike in the summer, or by traditional Ojibwa snowshoes in the winter. Whether it’s just you, or you’re including friends or family, we take care of it all. Prices for adults and youth cover up to 8 hours, trail lunch, all the necessary gear, and your professional female guide. “Join On” Trips
We understand that not all women seeking a wilderness adventure necessarily have family or friends who are as excited by the idea. So, we created the Join On trip. These are monthly scheduled Boundary Waters canoe camping trips created for women-only…women of any age. Just like all trips with Women’s Wilderness Discovery, they are fully outfitted and professionally guided by women who know canoe country. We provide gourmet foods, accommodating all dietary needs, and create the Menu Plan for the group. What a great way to connect with like-minded outdoor enthusiasts, and make new friends! You’ll always find Join On trips posted on our website. We offer trips of varying lengths and prices. And that price is simply based on our reasonable per-day price.
