Payment
Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay are accepted for your convenience. A 3% surcharge will be added for credit card processing by phone.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required when you book a trip, to secure your outfitted/guided trip dates. Final payment is due 30 days before the trip.
Cancellation
Cancellations up to 30 days before a trip start date will be refunded your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. This is a per person fee.
No refund will be paid on cancellations at or less than 30 days before a trip start date. This policy reflects the significant burden of cancellations on our professional guides. We suggest considering independent Travel Insurance, due to the nonrefundable nature of these payments, should you have an emergency arise during this period prior to your trip.
Liability Release
All participants must sign a Participation Agreement Waiver & Release of Liability.
