A special Women’s Excursion into the Boundary Waters
August 12-16, 2025
Guided by Peta Barrett
with special musical guest, Americana Songwriter, Courtney Anne Yasmineh

Join us for five days and four nights in the pristine wilderness of the great Northwoods, accompanied by like-minded women, guided by Peta Barrett. Songwriter Courtney Anne Yasmineh joins us to lead introspective, quiet opportunities to explore and share your own nature-inspired journaling while immersed in the beauty of canoe country. You’ll enjoy an intimate concert of her original songs in camp as we gather around the campfire.

Peta’s signature gourmet trail foods and the Women’s Wilderness Discovery excellent gear will keep everyone comfortable and well-nourished throughout each day.

Courtney is a 2025 Artist In Residence for the Listening Point Foundation which is based in Ely, Minnesota and seeks to continue the values and traditions of Sigurd Olson, the great Nature writer who encouraged the idea of venturing out into wilderness spaces to listen, and to listen in a profound way, for nurturance and for guidance, a practice which is particularly helpful in challenging times.
