Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport – Shuttle service & car rental available. Approx 4 1/2 hr drive to Ely, MN

Duluth International Airport, Duluth, MN – Shuttle service & car rental available. Approx 2 1/4 hr drive to Ely, MN

Range Regional Airport, Hibbing, MN – A variety of ground transportation options & car rental available. Approx 1 1/2 hr drive to Ely, MN

Each airport does a great job! Duluth International & Range Regional are experts at getting you into NE Minnesota. They do offer larger commercial flights, not just commuters, though not as many as MSP.

Amazing Day Trip!
“We did a day trip with Taylor last week and it was INCREDIBLE! Myself and my three children (13, 12 and 9.) I've been wanting to explore the BWCA for decades, but just have been so intimidated and didn't even know where to begin. WWD and our guide were incredible in choosing a trip that was doable for the four of us, but also educated us on portaging, the BWCA in general, even down to how to paddle. We were absolute newbies to adventuring via canoe and we can't wait to come back for longer. Would definitely recommend Women's Wilderness Discovery.
